1. Introduction
Welcome to Troven. By accessing or using our application (“App”) and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Troven account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Troven reserves the right to disable any account at our discretion.
5. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Troven a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You must not post content that is:
- Unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Hate speech, threatening, or inciting violence.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Troven reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content in violation of these Terms and to ban users without prior notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) copy, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts or underlying structure of Troven; (b) access or collect data from Troven by automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) or bulk download content, routes or itineraries, other than search engine indexing; (c) use Troven, its content or its outputs to build or train a competing product, service or machine learning model; (d) circumvent rate limits, quotas, rewards or security measures, or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards. We may suspend or close accounts that break this section and remove anything obtained through it.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Troven (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Troven and its licensors.
8. Rewards
Magnets, stamps and XP have no cash value and cannot be transferred. They belong to the trip that earned them: they are removed if that trip is deleted, and paused while it is private.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Troven is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Troven is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
