You can delete your Troven account, and the data linked to it, at any time. This applies to the Troven app on Android and iPhone and to troven.world: it is one account.

In the app

Open Troven on your phone or at troven.world and sign in.
Go to your profile and open Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

You are signed out straight away.

By email

Write to hello@troven.world from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We schedule the deletion for you and reply to confirm.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.
For 30 days you can change your mind: sign back in and choose to cancel the deletion.
After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we delete

Your account and profile: email address, name, username, profile photo and settings.
Every trip you created, with its photos, videos, voice clips, stops, itinerary, posters, route videos and magnets. This includes photos your travel buddies added to your trips.
Photos and videos you added to other people’s trips.
Your comments, likes, follows and followers, notifications, collections, rewards (magnets, stamps and XP) and badges.
The usage analytics linked to your account.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Copies can remain in our providers’ backups and caches for a limited time until they expire, and we keep anything the law requires us to keep.
