Looking back at our three-day trip to Rome in April 2019, flying in from London. We spent our first day on the big sights: the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Vittoriano and the Trevi Fountain. On day two we started at sunrise to enjoy the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona before the crowds, then spent the rest of the day in the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. We wrapped up the last day with a final stroll by the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps.
